In the last issue we learned all the basics about Aroma Therapy, the essential oils and its different diffusers. Here are some easy do at home recipes for your own Aroma Therapy.

Steam Treat to fight off the Flu
This treatment is good for relieving congestion and clogged sinuses.

What you need:
3 drops eucalyptus
1 drop peppermint

Fill sink with hot, steamy water. Add the eucalyptus and peppermint oils. Place towel over head and sink. Inhale for 5 to 10 minutes.

Tension-Headache Tamer
This remedy is excellent for chasing away tension headaches.

What you need:
Lavender

Dab one drop of lavender on each temple. (Note: most essential oils should not be applied directly to the skin, lavender is one exception). Inhale and relax.

Stomach Soother: Indigestion Solution
A simple, pleasant way to feel better when your tummy is in turmoil.

What you need:
Chamomile, lavender or marjoram essential oil

Massage a few drops of one of the oils above onto the stomach. Or add a few drops of one of the oils to a hot compress and place on stomach.
