Day 1

Breakfast: 2 fruits, after 1h coffee/tea

Lunch: 1 cup of vegetable soup (Zucchini, Tomato, artichokes, onion are the allowed ingredients) + sautéed vegetables + 1 cup of milk + 1 fruit

Dinner: 1 fruit + 1yoghurt

 

Day 2

Breakfast: 1/4 pita bread OR 2 toast + 1 piece of cottage cheese + mixed vegetables + tea/coffee

Lunch: 1/4 grilled chicken + green salad + 1 fruit

Dinner: 2 fruits OR 1/4 -1/2 Kg of strawberries

 

Day 3

Breakfast: 1/4 pita bread OR 2 toast + 1 boiled egg + tomatoes/cucumber + tea/coffee

Lunch: 2 slices of meat + vegetables (zucchini, green beans, onions, artichokes) + 1 fruit

Dinner: 2 fruits

 

Day 4

Breakfast: 1/4 pita bread OR 2 toast + 1 piece of cottage cheese + 1 cup of unsweetened fruit juice

Lunch: 200gm tuna + green salad + 1 fruit

Dinner: 2 fruits

 

Day 5

Breakfast: 1/4 pita bread OR 1 toast + 1 slice of any yellow cheese + tomatoes/cucumbers/capsicum + any hot drink

Lunch: 2 cups of pasta + green salad

Dinner: fruits

 

Day 6

Breakfast: 1/4 pita bread OR 1 toast + 1 boiled egg + tomatoes/cucumbers/capsicum + 1 small piece cottage cheese + any hot drink

 

Lunch: meat/fish/chicken + green salad

Dinner: fruits

 

Day 7

Breakfast: fruits

Lunch: fruits

Dinner: fruits
