Le Passe (the past), directed by Asghar Farhadi, premiered on March 19th at Cinema Odeon. The screening was followed by a discussion of “New Strategies for the Distribution of European Films in Egypt”. Le Passe tells the story of an Iranian man who deserts his French wife and children to return to his homeland.
