Ingredients
1 Pack fettuccini pasta
4-6 table spoons Anchor butter
Garlic powder
¼ cup parmesan
Salt and pepper to taste
Method
Cook pasta in heavily salted boiling water until al dente. Strain and gradually add butter one spoonful at a time and stir until melted, add a sprinkle of garlic powder, salt and pepper, and half the parmesan and stir until homogenous. Use the remaining parmesan to sprinkle on the noodles before serving.
