Dessert in a jar; Konafa and Nuts Parfait!



2 cups yoghurt

1/3 cup mixed nuts

1/4 cup chopped konafa

1 mango

8 strawberries

1 kiwi



Make yoghurt in your Mienta Naturel Yoghurt Maker.

Roast konafa on a buttered pan in the oven until golden. In the meantime, cut up fruits.

Layer yoghurt, konafa, nuts and fruits until you have four servings of parfait. Garnish with the remaining of your fruits and nuts.
