Breakfast

1 cup skimmed milk + 2 toast slices + green vegetables

+ 1 egg or 50 gm cheese or 2 teaspoons jam

 

Snack

1 cup of yoghurt + 1 fruit

 

Lunch

 Green salad + 1 cup of steamed vegetables

 2-3 tablespoons boiled rice or macaroni +

 1 slice meat or chicken

 

Snack

1 cup of fruit juice

 

Dinner

1 toast + 50 gm light cheese + tomato + 1fruit

OR

1 cup of yoghurt + 1 teaspoon honey
