Daily Food Plan:

Breakfast:

Fresh fruits except Mango, Grapes, Figs, or dates

2 hours later, 2 eggs

 

Lunch:

Boiled or grilled meat or chicken or fish

Green salad

2 hours later, 1 fruit

 

Dinner:

2 boiled eggs or 150gm light cheese

Green salad

Remarks:

       Black tea or coffee are allowed

       Lemon juice, soda water with sweetener.

       Diet soda is allowed
