At my age, I just imagined myself in heaven eating chocolate in a pool full of it and eating fruits, and eating, and then eating some more as this was the only reward mom used to give us after doing something nice. Sometimes, I imagined myself sleeping on a floating cloud too. However, I didn’t think of means of transportation; I am already there eating!
Then comes your daughter or son and asks you: what kind of transportation should we take to heaven? How do souls find their way to heaven? If I missed the souls’ bus or boat, and didn’t find a way to reach heaven shall I be considered a lost soul?
Your mouth opens for a while; a big while.Then you start saying: well I didn’t take one before, but what do you think it would be?
A huge Trampoline! Directly to Heaven just like a bullet.
Ohhh, that’s an extremely short way to heaven.
Another replied that there must be a magic seed like the one of Jack and the beanstalk. We’ll find it at the end of our lives, and then we have to plant it and climb it till we find the sign with an arrow that says Welcome to Heaven. There’s another dark way with a sign to Hell.

There are a lot of modes to transport souls that people have created with their own imaginations. They even invented myths like the Greek myth that stated that “Charon” is the ferryman of Hades who carries the souls of the newly deceased across the rivers Styx and Acheron that divided the world of the living from the world of the dead. A coin to pay Charon for passage was sometimes placed in or on the mouth of a dead person. Some authors say that those who could not pay the fee, or those whose bodies were left unburied, had to wander the shores for one hundred years.
Everyone can let their imagination run wild because simply nobody ever knew the way and came back.If your child has been asking questions about heaven that you aren’t sure how to answer, and when you’re really stuck, it’s never a bad idea to say, “I’m not sure about that. Let’s ask God together.” Remember, our kids don’t need us to have all the answers. They simply need to have a safe place to ask and explore together.
There must be unknown means, hidden modes only God knows that will surprise us. God is preparing lots of surprises awaiting us that we don’t and will not know about. Our minds now will not accept it. Because we didn’t see and will not see anything like in our lives. We are just giving examples with existing modes that we use like trampoline and the huge tree, boats, cars and rockets.
A human is the only creature that has an imagination and curiosity; that is why we need to know everything.
