Warm & Delicious Creamy Cauliflower Soup



1 kg cauliflower (florets chopped into medium pieces)

1 chopped onion

1 small chopped potato

2 cloves of garlic chopped

1 cup Milk

2 cups vegetable or chicken broth

Salt & pepper



Put all ingredients in a large pot over medium heat for 12 – 15 minutes until it start simmering and cauliflower is soft.

Wait for it to cool down and start whisking until you get a smooth consistency. If you want soup to be lighter you can add more milk or broth. To thicken leave over low heat until you reach your desired consistency.
