As delicious as it is healthy, this pasta makes use of the smooth spiral shape of Italiano’s seprentini pasta, by combining it with a succulent, silky pesto sauce.
1 pack Italiano serpentini pasta
1 cup basil leaves
3 cloves garlic
¼ cup pine nuts
¼ cup grated parmesan
¼ cup olive oil
1 cup spinach leaves
Boil pasta for 6-8 minutes until al dente. Then set aside while you make the pesto sauce by putting the basil, two garlic cloves, pine nuts, parmesan and olive oil into the food processor and pulsing until a creamy sauce forms. Sautee the spinach with the remaining garlic clove, then add to your pasta along with the sauce.
