A rich, delectable burger is one of life’s greatest pleasures, and this recipe does burgers justice! Crunchy, juicy, flavorful and extremely rich, this burger will easily become your favorite.
Patties: ½ kilo minced meat
1 small onion minced
Handful of bread crumbs
Salt and pepper to taste
Sharp red cheddar sliced
1 stick of Anchor butte
Combine the minced meat, onion, and breadcrumbs, seasoning with salt and pepper. Mix well and form into equal sized balls. Then place each ball between two parchment papers, and use a plate or wide spatula to smash the burger and flatten it out. Then heat a skillet and lightly oil it and cook your burgers; they will turn out deliciously crispy thanks to the smashing technique. Toast the buns (optional) on the skillet and then assemble your burgers, add the patty to the bottom bun and top with two tablespoons of delicious Anchor butter, then top with the cheddar, onions and pickles.
