3 1/2 eggs
50g cream cheese
1/2 teaspoon mustard
2 tablespoons grated cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons grated romano cheese
sprinkle grated nutmeg
1 teaspoon butter
salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven (180C). Blend eggs, cream cheese and mustard for 30 seconds.
Add nutmeg, salt and pepper and continue mixing.
Grease 2 ramekins and place cheddar and romano cheese into them.
Pour the egg mixture in ramekins. Place the ramekins on an oven tray and cook for 20 minutes!
