The mobile application Share the Meal allows its user to feed a Syrian child in need. The initiative was started by the United Nations World Food Programme. On the application’s website they explain how since the WFP is 100% donations funded, every donation counts.
The website explains how it only costs $0.50 to feed a child for a day. When you choose to “Share the Meal” by donating on the app, you are shown the progress being made thanks to donations like yours, as well as get to learn the story of the child you helped feed.
