Frozen Artichoke Bag
Pinch of Salt
1 Lemon Juice
Less than ¼ Minced meat
Tomato Juice (4 tomatoes mixed with 1 cup of water)
1 Garlic Clove
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
Boil the artichoke first adding salt and lemon juice. Heat olive oil in a pan, then add the onions, minced meat, salt and pepper. Keep stirring till it turns brown. Then for the sauce mix tomatoes with 2 cups of water and a garlic clove. Pour some of the tomato juice up on the minced meat and leave to boil on low heat for 30 minutes. Finally place all the artichokes in a pyrex bowl, fill them with meat and use the remaining tomato juice to drown the meat in. Put the bowl in oven for 20 minutes on a 200° C.
Note: You can add mozzarella cheese on the top for extra flavor.
