More-ish Mushroom and Parmesan Balls

These delightful treats are super easy to prepare and make the perfect appetizer for any iftar gathering!

Ingredients:

500g button mushrooms
200g parmesan cheese (plus extra for sprinkling)
1 tsp paprika
1 pack of Knorr vegetable vegetar
1 beaten egg

Serves: 8
Prep Time: 10mins
Cooking Time: 10mins

Method:

-Finely chop the mushrooms. Mix in a bowl with the parmesan cheese, paprika and egg to form lumpy mixture. Add salt and pepper to taste.
-Roll into little balls.
-Cover the balls in Knorr Vegetable Vegetar and fry in oil for 10 minutes until browned and crispy.
-Serve hot with a sprinkling of parmesan cheese.
