Light Potato Wedges!



3 medium sized potatoes, cut into wedges.

½ teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese

Oven bag

2 Cups Danone yoghurt

Twist of half a lemon

Few drops olive oil

1 garlic clove, minced

1 green onion, chopped

Salt and pepper to taste



Place potatoes, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper and parmesan in the oven bag. Shake well until the potato wedges are well coated. Add more garlic and onion powder if needed. Bake in preheated oven (220C) until potatoes are golden and crispy. Take out of the oven and spread on serving platter.

To make the yoghurt sauce, combine the Danone yoghurt, lemon, olive oil, garlic, green onion and salt and pepper and mix well. Drizzle on top of the potatoes and serve.

Cook Time: 30-35 mins
