My goals for 2018: How to make them stick!

Why do we get so excited to write our goals down every year and take a strong stand to change; however by the first week of January we slow down, and our goals start becoming a list of wishful thoughts. It’s time to change this around, and start prioritizing acting upon your goals rather than them being merely a New Year’s hype.Make your goals part of your daily routine, print them out, stick them on your wall and review them daily. Put deadlines for yourself, challenge yourself, and don’t give up to that small voice in your head pulling you back.

Here are 12 simple goals for 2018 that I’d like you to Join me in carrying out!

1.Quit Snoozing Your Alarm, As Soon as it rings, GET UP!

You’ll find yourself feeling a lot more refreshed and will begin the day with an energy burst.

2.Start the first few minutes of your day with feelings of Gratitude

If you start with thinking of what you have rather than what you don’t have, you will feel an amazing sense of abundance throughout the day.

3.Drink warm water with lemon first thing in the morning

It’ll flush your digestive system and rehydrate the body,

4.Start exercising at least for 15 minutes every morning. It will JUMPSTART your day

No need for fancy gyms, a simple jog or stretches at home will do the job.

5.Replace social media time with something beneficial

limit the minutes you’re on social media, maybe you can set 10 minutes every day to have a quick look.

6.Make fruits and veggies your snacks!

Eat Your salad before you eat your lunch or dinner.Just remember “every time I eat crap, I feel like crap”.

7.Preparation is KEY!

Preparation for anything in your life is vital, always make enough time to prepare.

8.PAUSE

Just Pause and Think, when you’re on life’s roller coaster you may be living a life you don’t’ want to live. Make time to think and reflect and make the right decisions, to let your true self shine.

9.Use the 2 minute rule to get the small tasks out of the day and STOP procrastinating

10.Find out what your oxygen is is and DO IT

Find out what makes you happy and lifts up your mood, whatever it is, know it and do it daily! Start by listing your top 3 oxygen masks.

11.Pray

Cleanse Your Soul with Prayer. Pray with every part of you, Pray with Love.

12.Find out Your Purpose
