Shrimps are perfectly delicious on their own, but with a hearty butter sauce, it can only get better.
½ kilo whole unpeeled shrimps
3-4 tablespoons vegetable oil
7-8 table spoons
4 garlic cloves, minced ½ cup fresh coriander, finely chopped
The juice and zest of 1 lemon
Salt and pepper to taste
Put the pan on high heat, then add the vegetable oil and the shrimps. Cook for a few minutes on each side until pink, then remove from pan and lower heat to medium-low. Add the butter in the pan and let it melt, then add the garlic and lemon zest, stir on medium-low heat until garlic is fragrant then add the coriander and take off the heat. Pour over the shrimps and top with lemon juice.
