The book started as a personal dream of the author’s. The Marital Apartment Law chapter was something which the author has always thought is vital to protect women (and men) who are married. The book includes many other chapters that tackle difficulties which women face in Egypt. And they do face plenty of that. From maternity leave at work, to sexual harassment, Fatma shows us that even motherhood is not an easy thing to do nowadays. There are also other chapters dedicated to different aspects and stories of feminism and revolution. Untha Ma’a Sabq Al Esraar should be an eye opener for men who cannot possibly imagine what women go through in Egypt.
