Who says you can only eat your Sohour and not drink it? Dates are excellent source of potassium and magnesium for Sohour. Fibers too. Try out this super delicious and healthy Date and Banana smoothie that will keep you full and satisfied.
2 medium ripe bananas
1/4 cup dates
2 cups Almarai Milk
4 ice cubes
Pinch ground cinnamon
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend on high speed until smooth, about 1 minute. Divide between 2 cups and serve with a sprinkle of cinnamon and salt. Best if served immediately. (Makes about 4 cups total.)
