Trump’s Win is a Testimony That our World is Already a Terrible Place!

What does Trump’s win mean for humanity and the world? People on social media are claiming that “the world will become a terrible place”, that “humanity is going to fail” and that “the world will become unsafe”. What all these people fail to see however, is that Trump’s win is a testimony that our world is already a terrible and unsafe place. This win within itself shows that humanity to a great extent has already failed. Let’s take a look here.

“In one case, a supporter actually said that nothing Trump will do, will change his supportive stance for him.”

Trump has called for a ban on Muslims, has bragged about sexually harassing women, then claimed some of them weren’t attractive enough to harass, he has mocked a disabled reporter, put down and humiliated the Muslim parents of an American soldier who happens to also be a veteran, lost 1 Billion dollars in a year, degraded women at all kinds of levels, and made fun of people on social media and used vulgar language, amongst all kinds of other things. When his supporters were asked by a reporter about their stances on his sexually degrading remarks, or his islamophobia or his racism in general, they found justifications for them and took them so extremely lightly. In one case, a supporter actually said that nothing Trump will do, will change his supportive stance for him. Supporters like that, are people who don’t have humanity to begin with. We really don’t need Trump to rid us of basic humanitarian behaviours; they are already gone.

“This very man is now ruling the greatest nation on the planet and has control on nuclear weapons”

When the elections began to narrow down to Trump, the microscope began focusing on his beliefs and speeches. As the microscope narrowed down, violence all over the nation began to surface. Videos of racists verbally and physically attacking black people, Muslims and Mexicans alike began to appear, showing the strong effect Trump was already having on surfacing the hate in people. So can you imagine what will happen when he begins to officially rule the nation?

This is a man whose heart is filled completely with hate. This is a man being referred to worldwide as “Hitler”. This very man is now ruling the greatest nation on the planet and has control on nuclear weapons, and most importantly on the minds of millions of hateful people. If anything, this is the most terrifying occurrence of our 21st century.

“‘If I were to run I’d run as a Republican. They’re the dumbest group of voters in the country.'”

On an end note, if such hatred was capable of being surfaced, then it already existed to begin with, but was suppressed. It’s best that it came out now, than to come out later. Now, we at least know that we have a humanitarian crisis, and accordingly we can act towards fixing it. Trump once said, “If I were to run I’d run as a Republican. They’re the dumbest group of voters in the country. They believe anything on Fox news. I could lie and they’d still eat it up. I bet my numbers would be terrific!” Let’s hope that all the stuff he said were jokes and lies to merely get votes! We are reaching too far here and being too optimistic with this, therefore it is also extremely important to address our role as humans part of a greater humanity. We are a part of one umbrella called humanity, peace and respect, and now more than ever we need to put a strong light on that as individuals.
