Toi beauty Salon made our day when they decided to treat the What Women Want… Magazine team for a makeover at their Zamalek Hub.
Kimi and Rabie, Cairo’s hottie Hairdressers, greeted us at the door and gave us their feedback on what the makeovers should entail, based on each individual’s look.
They gave us advice on what color would match each of our skin tones, and what colors are feasible on our existing hair colors, without causing too much damage.
Our Managing Editor opted for an Ombre do, to get her Brunette tresses ready for the summer with sun-kissed tips. Our Editor in Chief went for a dip dye, to which she added her own edgy style with a tint of purple!
Our Junior Editor already rocked a red-head, to which Kimi suggested making even hotter by sneaking in a few subtle but powerful streaks of pink. Our Editorial Coordinator went for for an ombre as well, but Rabie insisted she get a haircut because of her damaged ends; so she ended up with a beautiful long bob.
Our Graphic Designer opted for the less severe option and went for a highly professional Manicure and Pedicure to get her tips and toes ready to hit the beach.
True, the hair color might need frequent touching up, especially with beach season hitting hard, but the total experience at Toi Beauty Salons was one we were extremely grateful for. A cherry on top of our work-week!
