Tandoori Salmon

Ingredients:

Whole salmon side or salmon fillets

3 tbsp yogurt

1 ½ tbsp tandoori spice

Juice of 1 lemon

Pinch of chili powder

3 tbsp vegetable oil

3 cloves of garlic, crushed

1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated

 

Directions:

Place aluminum foil then parchment paper on a baking tray and put the salmon on. In a bowl, mix all ingredients together then cover the salmon pieces with the mixture and put it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes. Place in a preheated oven at 200 C and bake for 20-30 minutes. Et voilà!
