We went to attend the African Kite Surfing championship that was embraced by Soma Bay and we stayed at the fabulous La Residence de Cascades hotel. On the second day of our visit, we were treated with a wonderful Thai massage at The Cascades Spa &Thalasso. The one hour massage is a must try for everyone who wants to escape the city and get pampered like an aqua goddess!

We tried the Italian restaurant at Sheraton that served the best of quality seafood and risotto!
