All roads lead to Rome and a rich aroma leads to Maestro, an Italian gem that was discovered by our team at Intercontinental Cairo Citystars Hotel. Delicious food, lots of lovely choices and genuine dessert are all found at this awesome restaurant.
The menu has a wide selection of mouth-watering dishes, so you’ll definitely find all what you crave.
We started our night with their low fat signature mushroom soup ‘Crema Di Porcini’. Quatro Fromaggi pizza was calling us with its delicious cheesy bites. Joey might not want to share food, but we did! The pizza is a great choice for sharing on your date night. We totally recommend their ‘Branzino Gigante Arrosto’ for main course, an insanely delicious sea bass coming straight from the ocean surrounded with a beautiful variety of healthy veggies. You can’t have an Italian evening without awesome pasta so we tired out the ‘Linguini Pesto Macaroni’ with amazing pesto sauce.
Dessert is a must-try at Maestro! We highly recommend the ‘Maestro Dolci’, it’s a triple heaven for your sweet tooth, including three of their signature desserts ‘Il Vero Tiramisu Venziano’, ‘Panna Cotta Con Consomme Esotico’ and the special ‘Ricotta cheese with orange zests’. Tiramisu mix was rich in coffee and mascarpone cheese, The moment we dipped our spoon in their Panna Cotta we instantly fell in love tasting its creamy rich taste and the raspberry sauce. As for the Ricotta cheese, it was mixed with orange zest and dark chocolate sprinkles which gave it an extra sweet and sour taste. Finally, we tried ‘Semifreddo Al Croccante Con Salsa Calda Al Cacao Amaro’, which is an Ice nougat parfait with a hot bitter chocolate sauce and it was totally a dessert to die for. Yes, we ate all that!
Maestro opens daily from 4PM to 12AM. A reservation is a must, and we guarantee you the perfect Italian night with their amazing food and their live guitarist.
