Day five of Dubai Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2026 (DWF) opened with a bold and immersive showcase by THAT Concept Store, setting the tone for its bold Fall/Winter (FW) 2025 presentation. The day drew to an end with an inspiring runway by FAD Institute, showcasing more than 20 up-and-coming design talents. Their collections are rich with experimentation and storytelling. From established voices in contemporary luxury to the next generation of fashion creatives, the day captured the full spectrum of Dubai’s dynamic fashion landscape.
DFW, the region’s definitive fashion fixture, runs until tonight. The event is co-founded by Dubai Design District (d3), part of TECOM Group PJSC, and the Arab Fashion Council (AFC).
That Concept Store

THAT Concept Store returns for its second consecutive year with its bold FW25 multi-brand showcase, unveiling its women’s ready-to-wear collection. Set against the backdrop of the East Hall at the DFW Complex, the runway unfolded as a curated celebration of global and regional design talent. Additionally, the collection was a bold interplay of textures and forms, blending balloon silhouettes and reimagined denim designs and pops of colours with standout accessories. The presentation reaffirmed THAT Concept Store’s role as a tastemaker in contemporary luxury, championing individuality, innovation, and self-expression through fashion.
Buttonscarves
Buttonscarves captivated audiences with its ‘Lucent Dusk’ collection, marking another landmark in the Indonesian brand’s international journey. An elegant and refined collection presented with muted and natural colours, with a touch of luxury through its use of satin, jacquard, and intricate beadwork detailing. The brand debuts its signature bag collection in exaggerated sizes, blending fashion-forward design with artistic statement. The collection reaffirmed Buttonscarves’ rising influence and commitment to elevating modest fashion on the world stage.
Otté

Otté presented a serene yet commanding runway display that encapsulated the essence of quiet luxury. Along with this, the brand is embedded with its timeless minimalism and intentional craftsmanship. Its Spring/Summer 2026 (SS26) is showcased through clean, relaxed silhouettes crafted from sumptuous fabrics and grounded in a timeless palette. The garments exhibit effortless sophistication. Evoking a sense of understated confidence along with an aesthetic that mirrors the brand’s ethos of style with intention.
Jasper Conran
Jasper Conran London delivered a showcase that radiated timeless elegance with a distinctly modern edge. With its polished tailoring and a contemporary take on British elegance, Conran brought his signature blend of styling, bold color, and exceptional craftsmanship to the SS25 runway. The collection featured beautifully tailored dresses and sophisticated accessories, reflecting his design ethos, polished, versatile, and confidently feminine. Finally, Jasper Conran London reaffirmed its place as a brand that celebrates effortless style while honoring a rich legacy of creativity and cultural impact.
Tara Babylon
Tara Babylon made a striking impression with the debut of her ready-to-wear SS26 collection. It blended a vibrant celebration of cultural heritage and contemporary femininity. Significantly, the designs mix Hand-painted florals, watercolor prints, and abstract roses. They pay a homage to Iraq’s national flower, which graced the runway in dreamy hues of Middle Eastern blues and turquoise. The playful and chic aesthetic offered a versatile mix-and-match blending elegance and whimsy. In addition, Tara unveiled a couture capsule flown in from New York, featuring intricate embroidery inspired by ancient Babylonian motifs and Middle Eastern artistry. Finally, Tara Babylon delivered a show that was both visually enchanting and richly symbolic, fusing Western glamour and cultural narratives.
FAD Talents | FAD Institute
FAD Institute of Luxury, Fashion & Style took the spotlight yesterday, closing the evening with a bold and imaginative showcase featuring over 20 emerging design talents. In addition, the runway came alive with a diverse mix of ready-to-wear collections, each piece reflecting a strong creative identity and experimental spirit. From asymmetric tailoring and sculptural silhouettes to intricate textile manipulation and modern corsetry, the showcase was a masterclass in innovation. The collections highlighted the future of fashion by FAD’s next-generation designers, blending themes like heritage, architecture, and surrealism. As the region’s leading fashion institute, FAD continues to shape the creative landscape through its industry-integrated programmes across Dubai and India. Their programs empower young talents to make their mark on the global stage.
In a celebration of creativity off the runway, Day five at DFW featured the launch ceremony for a special collaboration between famed designer and DFW member Michael Cinco and automotive brand SOUEAST. The special art car designed by Cinco was unveiled in the presence of senior executives, media, and partners.
DFW’s final shows tonight will feature the innovative brands Lili Blanc, Weinsanto, Emergency Room, and Les Benjamins.
