The news of the EgyptAir aircraft’s crash was confirmed a few hours ago both by French President Francois Holland, and confirmed by Greek authorities as well. It has been reported that the aircraft swerved and crashed suddenly. The cause of this crash is still unknown.
There have been reports of debris being found. However, EgyptAir has made a statement saying that they have contacted the concerned authorities who in turn did not confirm this information.
The flight carried 56 passengers and 10 crew members. Search of debris is still ongoing.
