We cooked our favorite dish with Chef Ibrahim; Mumbai Red Beats with fried chicken and white rice. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons of Oil
3 cubes of butter
3 teaspoons of Masala Tandoree
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon ginger powder
1/2 cup of fresh cream
150g boneless chicken cubes
Tempura breading (as needed)
Directions:
- Sauce: Add the oil and butter in a hot wok or pan. Add the fresh cream and the Masala Tandoree, stir in well and combine. Add ½ cup of water and stir in well. Add the ginger powder and pinch of salt. Leave to combine for a minute then at the end add the cumin and turn off the heat.
- Deep Fried Chicken: Heat oil in a frying pan. Combine the chicken cubes with the tempura breading mixture in a separate plate, and then fry in the oil until golden brown.
- Combine the chicken with sauce and serve over steamedwhite rice.
