Having missed Bassem Youssef for the past couple of years, we were too excited for words when we saw that he posted a new video on his Facebook page!
The video is done with Fusion Comedy and is all in English, with incredibly funny Arabic subtitles. The comedy video sheds light on Islamophobia with an “ad” for a fake product that detects how dangerous a Muslim is by breathing into it.
Bassem shows incredible comedic skills by performing in a language that is not his, while still managing to be his same old hilarious self.

The video was posted by Fusion Comedy and shared by Bassem on his official Facebook page. He has accompanied it with a status about making it, “to be given a chance, as a Middle Eastern to satirize certain aspects of American political life is quite challenging”, he explains, “I am doing this in a language that is foreign to me and in a country that is not mine”.
