Ingredients:
1 bag elbow macaroni
2 cups Domty Mozzarella Cheese Mix
1/2 cup Domty Mozzarella Plus
3 cups milk
1/4 cup cream
3 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 garlic clove, minced.
Method:
Cook macaroni, drain and set aside.
In a saucepan, add 1 tablespoon butter on medium heat. Add crushed garlic and let simmer. Before it turns golden, add cream and milk. When the mixture starts to bubble, add cheeses gradually and stir. Cook over low heat until cheese is melted and the sauce is a little thick. Put macaroni in the saucepan and stir well. Melt the remaining butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add breadcrumbs and brown. Spread over the macaroni and cheese to cover.
Bake at 175 degrees C for 30 minutes.
