A Vision That Changed Thousands of Lives
The journey began with a simple yet insightful dream: helping every hopeful mother and father hear the words “Mama” and “Papa.” This dream united three of Egypt’s most distinguished pioneers in obstetrics and gynecology: Dr. Mohamed Aboulghar, Dr. Gamal Abou El-Serour, and Dr. Ragaa Mansour.
They worked together to open Egypt’s first specialized center for treating infertility and the first IVF embryo laboratory in the Middle East. Their courage to innovate transformed a simple dream into a regional medical powerhouse.

Where Advanced Medicine Meets Human Hope
The EIVFC operates as an integrated ecosystem of care, consisting of three interconnected departments. These are the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Andrology, and Genetic Analysis and Hereditary Diseases.
Therefore, innovation remains at the center, a guiding star. In 2016, the center delivered the first case using frozen eggs. Also, The EIVFC was the first to introduce the RI Witness system in Egypt. The center introduced this system in 2022, establishing itself as the only provider in Egypt offering this technology. It uses radio frequency identification (RFID) to detect and monitor all activity in the IVF lab. This system ensures the highest levels of security, accuracy, and quality for every family.
By balancing cutting-edge technology with ethical practices, the center offers emotional support and counseling services to help families deal with the difficulties of infertility while using the latest technology.
The Human Element: Hope and Strength
Beyond clinical accomplishments, the EIVFC is defined by its “human spirit “. The center deeply cares about the emotional journey of the couples it serves, helping them through every step of becoming parents. They believe that every child born at the center is a “new story of hope being written”.
