Another one of his trademarks is that most of his films star either Johnny Depp or Helena Bonham Carter, sometimes even both! You may say it’s not very surprising since Bonham Carter is his partner and Depp is a close friend of his, but not all directors do that. Helena Bonham Carter even commented on it once saying “we’re both pale and tubercular and have big eyes. Tim’s always said we would be great in a silent movie.”

Depp was born on June 9th. Bonham Carter was born on May 26th. Thus, making them both Geminis. Both actors were nominated to Oscars more than once, and both never actually won. Both actors have two children, surprisingly not the same children and not with each other.
