Our Favorite Creamy Cheese Cannelloni with  Spinach Filling

Béchamel is always a family favorite, so try out this fantastic recipe for meal that everyone will enjoy!

Ingredients:

2 tbsp Knorr Tomato Paste
1 pack Knorr Béchamel Mix
500 ml milk
500 g spinach
50 g parmesan cheese
200 g cannelloni tubes
1 knorr vegetable stock cube

Serves: 3
Prep Time: 20mins
Cooking Time: 30mins

Method:

-Heat 2 tbsp Knorr Tomato paste, add one Knorr Vegetable Stock cube and half a cup of water then stir until the sauce thickens.
-Wash the spinach and tip into a food processor and pulse to chop
-For Béchamel sauce, in a saucepan whisk Knorr Béchamel sauce pack into 500ml milk until blended. Whisking constantly, bring to boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat and simmer 3 minutes, whisking frequently. Stir spinach and Béchamel sauce.
-Squeeze the mix into the cannelloni tubes, then lay them in a dish. Pour over the tomato sauce and top with parmesan.
-Put it in a 200C the oven for 30 mins until golden, then remove and leave it for 5 mins.
