1/2 kilo chicken breast cut into thick strips (wash well with vinegar and flour) – 2 cups all purpose flour
2 tbs curry powder
2 small eggs or 1 red egg
1/2 cup ketchup
4 tbs soy sauce
1 tbs brown sugar
2 garlic minced
1 tbs vinegar
1 In a plastic tray put the flour and curry, in a bowl bring the eggs and put over the chicken mix well and bread the chicken with the flour. Fry the chicken in a frying pan. Fry until cooked and golden.
2 in a sauce pan put little oil and garlic put the sugar then add the ketchup, soy sauce and vinegar. Stir well and add some water if it’s thick. Put salt and pepper.
3 Add the fried chicken to the sauce and mix well.
4 Put in your serving dish and take a photo.
TIP: add 1 tsp flour to the sauce while cooking if you want it thicker. You can add some grilled pineapple.
