You know those days when you just can’t function any more? When you get all your energy sucked out? As if the world has finally breached through your last defense and you just can’t cope?

The unbearable ugliness of things

We live in a world where everything is toxic:

Politics
Beliefs
Social standards
Bad urbanism
Poverty

So how do you Detox from all of that?

We tend to escape into virtual realms, but isn’t that a replacement drug? How can we Detox from the fact that we strongly believe that we don’t make a difference? That we can’t make a difference? There is only one way: Making a difference

But how?

Your idea has been stolen? Come up with a better one.  No one will ever be able to steal your passion, but yourself. Don’t be reckless with other people’s hearts Remember compliments you receive. Forget the insults.

But how really How?

I spent 3 years avoiding any topic that revolved around meditation. I related the matter to hippies, drugs and what not, based on my previous experience with a particular “niche” of society. 2 weeks ago, I decided “What the hell!” and went for a Transcendent Meditation class. So far well, I SLEEP, and I don’t go down people’s throats as fast.

Find your own peace. We are our worst toxin. For the same reason we are also the only possible antidote.c
