Four Seasons Regional Food and Beverage Conference held in Cairo

The annual regional Four Seasons Food and Beverage Europe & Middle East Conference was held during the last week of May at Four Seasons Nile Plaza. With over 45 F&B Directors, Executive and Sous-Chefs from 20 Four Seasons properties in attendance, the conference also welcomed Mr. Alfons Konrad – Senior Vice President Food and Beverage Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts and Mr. Giovanni Dante – Corporate Food and Beverage Director, who flew in from Toronto to attend this important event. “We are extremely proud and honored to be able to host this prestigious event at our Hotel”, adds Olivier Masson, General Manager.

The conference which has held over a four day period brought together senior decision makers within the Food and Beverage departments to share and brainstorm new ideas and trends within the culinary field, to discuss new food items and concepts and how to enhance the overall dining experience for Four Seasons guests. Despite their busy working schedules, the participants were able to discover and explore the sights and attractions of the city.
